What supplements along with Creatine should I take to help speed the muscle growth process?

I’m a pretty skinny kid looking to bulk up. At 6’0”, 145 lbs., you can see that I’m looking for some more muscle… I’ve been doing research on creatine as a possible solution to my problem, but have read that using creatine as well as other supplements would help speed up the muscle building process… what supplements would these be?

    I use creatine, whey protein, and glutamine. I’ve only been working out for about a 3 weeks but with these supplements my arms have grown 3/4 of an inch already!

    HGH! lol, but as a guy that is 5’9 and 185 and mostly muscle, the best thing to do is to try and go all natural, and then use supplements, creatine makes you big, but like all others, once you stop using it, it makes your muscles smaller again. Just try it all natural, eat a lot of proteins, work out first, then make sure you eat some meat, nuts eggs, drink your milk, hell even a protein shake here and there, just keep your protein levels high, and work out before you eat them, and you should have plenty of muscle mass in no time

    Creatine helps give your muscles energy to do more reps and it will also make your muscles look huge (excess water waiting outside of your muscles ready to deliver the energy)
