what is the best food and supplements to gain muscle mass?

My goal is to gain about 20 pounds of muscle in 6 months. What kind of food and supplements should i take for the best results? Also I would like to try not to spend too much money but if i have to then well be it.

Take protein milkshake 2 h before workout No Explode creatine suplement half hour before. Protein milkshake after workout. Works 4 me , good luck.

    MEAT…high protein foods such as meat. but dont forget carbs you need them too. you have to make sure that your pre and post workout meals are right and you take the right supplements at the right time.

    the 2 main supplements you need are:
    protein
    creatine

    my recomendations:
    protein-optimum 100% whey protein
    protein-optimum 100 % casein
    creatine-con-cret-(con-cret.com)

    unfortunately building muscle isn’t cheap but itw well worth it in the end.
