what happens if you take Muscle supplements and Diet pills at the same time ?
I’m taking a muscle supplement and my chest and arms have never looked better. Only problem is my stomach is getting a bit big too instead of getting flatter. So if i take diet pills will it get back to what it was or will i mess my progress up. Help please
Be careful with diet pills–I’ve had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah. It depends what exactly you are taking now and what you are planning to take for a fat loss product.
Could be safe, could be deadly, I have no idea what you are taking now.

dont take the diet pills, just find another lifting supplement to not gain so much weight.

A thermogenic will help you metabolise energy for muscle growth, so you really shouldn’t lose any muscle mass. It should help you get cut up. What "muscle supplment" are you referring to? Creatine? Just stack creatine, a thermo, and some whey protein. Jetfuel or Manscorch are both good
