Can I get a good body using a rowing machine and muscle supplements?
I've got a rowing machine at home but no time to go to the gym or the patience to do a full workout. I've heard rowing is good all round exercise. I don't want to be huge, just have bigger muscles on my arms, shoulders and chest (basically upper body). I'm pretty skinny at the moment, not much fat or muscle. Will I achieve this doing 3 hours of rowing a week while eating muscle supplement things? Or does anyone have any other recommendations?
Is there any way i can do it without going to the gym? push-ups or anything?

It's a good cardio exercice, but if you want to gain mass, you'll need to lift weight. No one ever got big from rowing, you might get some shoulder definition, that's about it. If you do more than 30-45 mn of cardio, your body stop burning fat and start burning muscle. Go to the gym and lift 3 to 4 times a week. You need to do heavy, short sets and consume 1gr. of protein per lbs. a day to start. if you weight 150 lbs, you need 150 gr. of protein. good luck
