Can men take vitamins made for females?

My sister has an unopened bottle of one a day for woman i was wondering if it would be ok for a male to use or whatnot instead of letting it go to waste?

It won’t hurt you but you may have a desire to sew and breastfeed but nothing really serious will happen

    you will have an overwhelming desire to not not notice cleavage, and instead say
    " you look good in that ".
    and you wont get beer, porn or blowing things up anymore.

    vitamins do not do anything for anyone, so go ahead and take them.

    Of course they can. You are human, right? It’s all about marketing, branding, and advertising.
    Women’s vitamins are no different than men’s. A little extra iron, usually, but that’s about it. They are just marketed differently. If you don’t believe me, just compare the label with any other bottle of vitamins.
