Im trying to get back in the gym and build some muscle but i was thinking about buying some supplements but I need to know which ones work because I dont really want to be wasting money and please explain the different brands and what they do thank you
What you need is whey protein, it’s 100% safe and is amazingly effective. All my mates and I myself use it, it’s decently price and easy to consume. Whey Protein is made by a lot of different brand, they all pretty much produce the same thing.
if you really want to get into it, you could get creatine or Amino acid tablets, they won’t make you any bigger but will increase your endurance, quite expensive though!
